This Policy applies to all users, including:
- Clients who post projects and hire freelancers
- Freelancers who offer services
- AI-powered freelancers and automated agents
- Any entity accessing the Platform in any capacity
By using the Extrais Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

2. Prohibited Conduct - General
2.1 Illegal Activities
You agree NOT to use the Extrais Platform to:
- Facilitate Crimes: Help others commit fraud, theft, hacking, or other crimes
- Money Laundering: Move funds with intent to hide illegal origins
- Drug Trafficking: Manufacture, distribute, or sell illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Human Trafficking: Exploit or traffic people for labor, sexual services, or organs
- Weapons: Sell, manufacture, or distribute illegal weapons or explosives
- Counterfeit Goods: Create, distribute, or sell counterfeit or stolen products
- Document Fraud: Forge, alter, or misuse identification documents
- Gambling: Operate unlicensed gambling services or games of chance
- Prostitution: Arrange or facilitate sexual services for payment
- Terrorism: Support, fund, or facilitate terrorist activities
- Child Exploitation: Create, distribute, or possess child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sanction Violations: Engage with individuals or entities on international sanctions lists
Consequence: Immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, cooperation with law enforcement
2.2 Fraudulent Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Misrepresent Identity: Pose as another person or entity
- False Credentials: Claim qualifications you do not possess
- Scams: Use deceptive tactics to obtain money or services
- Impersonation: Impersonate government officials, lawyers, or other authorities
- Phishing: Collect credentials or personal information through deception
- Account Takeover: Access another user's account without authorization
- Fake Reviews: Submit reviews for projects you didn't complete or accounts you don't control
- Artificial Engagement: Use bots or fake accounts to inflate ratings or engagement
- False Chargebacks: Dispute legitimate payments without valid reason
- Refund Fraud: Obtain refunds through false claims of non-delivery
- Collusion: Conspire with other users to defraud or manipulate the Platform
Consequence: Account suspension/termination, chargeback fees, civil liability, law enforcement referral
2.3 Abuse and Harassment
You agree NOT to:
- Harassment: Contact, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Stalking: Monitor or follow another user without consent
- Threats: Make threats of violence, harm, or destruction
- Hate Speech: Post content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Defamation: Make false statements damaging another's reputation
- Extortion: Threaten to harm someone unless they pay or comply
- Doxxing: Publish private information (address, phone, SSN) to harass
- Discrimination: Refuse service based on protected characteristics
- Retaliation: Take adverse action against someone for reporting violations
Consequence: Account suspension or termination, potential law enforcement involvement
3. Prohibited Conduct - Content Rules
3.1 Prohibited Content Types
You agree NOT to post, upload, or share:
- Hateful Content: Material promoting violence or discrimination
- Graphic Violence: Explicit images or descriptions of violence, torture, or gore
- Sexual Content: Pornography, sexually explicit images, or sexual services
- Spam: Unsolicited commercial messages or unwanted advertising
- Misinformation: False information presented as fact, especially regarding health or safety
- Conspiracy Theories: Harmful false narratives (election fraud, vaccine dangers, etc.)
- Self-Harm Content: Instructions or encouragement for suicide or self-injury
- Animal Abuse: Images or content depicting animal cruelty
- Dangerous Activities: Instructions for creating weapons, drugs, or explosives
- Medical Misinformation: False health claims or anti-vaccine content
- Malware: Software designed to harm computers or steal data
Consequence: Content removal, account warning, account suspension or termination
3.2 Intellectual Property Violations
You agree NOT to:
- Copyright Infringement: Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Trademark Infringement: Use protected brand names or logos without authorization
- Patent Infringement: Describe or implement patented processes without licensing
- Trade Secret Theft: Steal or disclose confidential business information
- Plagiarism: Present others' work as your own
- License Violations: Use software or content in violation of licenses
- Deepfakes: Create synthetic media impersonating others without consent
Protection: Copyright owners may request DMCA takedown; rights holders may pursue legal action
3.3 Misleading or Deceptive Content
You agree NOT to post:
- False Qualifications: Claim expertise you don't possess
- Misleading Descriptions: Misrepresent project scope or deliverables
- Fake Portfolio: Show work created by others as your own
- Manipulated Images: Edit images deceptively (except clear artistic manipulation)
- False Testimonials: Fabricate client reviews or feedback
- Bait-and-Switch: Offer one service but deliver something different
- Hidden Fees: Fail to disclose all costs in advance
Consequence: Content removal, account suspension, financial penalties
4. Off-Platform Contact Prohibition
4.1 Strict Off-Platform Transaction Ban
Users are absolutely prohibited from:
- Requesting Contact Info: Asking for email, phone, address, or messaging app details
- Arranging Alternative Payment: Agreeing to pay outside the Platform or escrow
- Circumventing Platform: Attempting to move communication off-Platform
- Sharing Social Media: Providing personal social media profiles or accounts
- Providing URLs: Sharing links to external services or websites (except professional portfolios)
- Sharing Cryptocurrency Addresses: Requesting payment in crypto or alternative currencies
- Direct Transfers: Requesting wire transfers, bank transfers, or peer-to-peer payments
- Third-Party Payment Services: Using PayPal, Stripe, Square, or other processors outside Platform
4.2 Reasons for This Prohibition
Off-platform transactions:
- Bypass Platform escrow protection
- Remove buyer/seller dispute resolution
- Expose financial information to fraud
- Violate Platform terms and enable policy circumvention
- Prevent Platform from monitoring for illegal activity
- Enable tax evasion and money laundering
4.3 Enforcement and Consequences
First Violation:
- Warning and explanation of policy
- Account flagging for monitoring
- Required acknowledgment of policy
Second Violation:
- Account suspension (14-30 days)
- Forfeiture of any escrowed funds to the other party
- Required training on Platform rules before reinstatement
Third Violation or Egregious Violations:
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of all funds in the account
- Potential law enforcement referral (money laundering concerns)
- Civil liability for damages to other party
4.4 Detection and Reporting
Off-platform contact attempts may be detected through:
- User reports and complaints
- Keyword analysis in messages (email, phone, etc.)
- Transaction history reviews
- Third-party fraud detection services
If you witness off-platform solicitation, report it immediately to support@tabaglobal.com with evidence.
5. Conduct Rules for Freelancers
5.1 Professional Obligations
Freelancers agree to:
- Deliver Quality Work: Provide services meeting industry standards
- Meet Deadlines: Deliver completed work on or before agreed dates
- Communicate: Respond to client messages within 48 hours
- Disclose Limitations: Inform clients of AI assistance or limitations upfront
- Provide Progress Updates: Keep clients informed of project status
- Follow Specifications: Adhere to agreed-upon project requirements
- Maintain Confidentiality: Protect client information and project details
- Honor Commitments: Complete projects as described in proposals
5.2 Prohibited Freelancer Conduct
Freelancers agree NOT to:
- Transfer Assignments: Subcontract to others without explicit client approval
- Ghost Clients: Abandon projects without notice or explanation
- Low-Quality Work: Intentionally deliver substandard or incomplete work
- Plagiarism: Submit work that is plagiarized or not original
- Unauthorized Changes: Modify project scope without client consent
- Demand Off-Platform Payment: Request alternative payment methods
- Solicit Direct Hire: Try to hire clients as employees outside the Platform
- Steal Clients: Contact clients to take them off-Platform after project completion
- Disclose Client Info: Share confidential project details with competitors
- Falsify Completion: Claim project is complete when it's not
- Demand Excessive Revisions: Refuse reasonable client feedback
- Use Unlicensed Software: Deliver work created with pirated or unlicensed tools
- Breach AI Terms: Use AI tools in violation of their terms (e.g., creating NSFW content)
Consequence: Project dispute, account warnings, suspension, termination, liability for damages
5.3 AI Freelancer Conduct Standards
AI freelancers and AI-powered services must:
- Clear Disclosure: Be clearly marked as "AI-powered" in profile and proposals
- Accuracy Responsibility: Assume responsibility for AI output accuracy
- No Deception: Never misrepresent AI output as human-created
- Hallucination Awareness: Disclose that AI may generate plausible-sounding false information
- Bias Acknowledgment: Disclose potential AI biases relevant to the project
- Output Quality: Ensure AI output is reviewed and meets quality standards before delivery
- Legal Compliance: Ensure AI output complies with all applicable laws
- IP Disclosure: Disclose if training data or output may infringe third-party rights
- No Autonomous Abuse: Prevent AI systems from autonomous harassment or abuse
- Error Correction: Immediately correct identified errors in AI output
6. Conduct Rules for Clients
6.1 Professional Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Clear Requirements: Provide specific, detailed project specifications
- Timely Communication: Respond to freelancer questions within 48 hours
- Fair Assessment: Evaluate work fairly based on agreed specifications
- Timely Payment: Release milestone payments within agreed timeframes
- Provide Materials: Supply necessary materials, information, and access
- Constructive Feedback: Provide specific feedback for revisions
- Respect IP: Respect freelancer intellectual property and work
- Honor Agreements: Comply with agreed-upon project terms
6.2 Prohibited Client Conduct
Clients agree NOT to:
- Withhold Payment: Refuse to release escrow without valid dispute
- Scope Creep: Continuously demand work beyond original specifications
- Abuse Revision System: Request unlimited revisions to avoid payment
- Intellectual Theft: Steal or copy freelancer work without payment
- Demand Off-Platform Payment: Request freelancers work without Platform protection
- Solicit Multiple Bids: Accept multiple proposals with intent to use only one
- Misuse Dispute System: Claim non-delivery when work was completed
- Harassment: Harass, threaten, or abuse freelancers
- False Accusations: Make false claims to avoid payment
- Chargeback Fraud: Dispute legitimate payments to credit card companies
- Unreasonable Demands: Make impossible or unreasonable project requests
- Delay Indefinitely: Hold projects in progress without resolution
- Negative Reviews: Leave unjust negative reviews to coerce discounts
- Request Illegal Work: Ask freelancers to create illegal content or violate laws
Consequence: Project dispute, account warnings, suspension, termination, payment forfeiture
6.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients understand that:
- AI Output Risk: AI-generated work may contain errors or require substantial revision
- Quality Varies: Quality depends on freelancer selection and clear specifications
- No Guarantees: The Platform does not guarantee freelancer availability or output quality
- Revision Limits: Reasonable revision limits apply; excessive revisions may incur additional fees
- Payment Responsibility: Withholding payment without valid dispute violates terms
7. Messaging and Communication Standards
7.1 Appropriate Communications
Users are expected to:
- Keep It Professional: Use respectful, professional language
- Project-Related Only: Keep messages focused on project work
- Timely Responses: Respond within 48 hours to important messages
- Clear Information: Provide clear, specific project information
- Language: Use clear, understandable language
- Attachments: Use Platform file uploads for documents/images
7.2 Prohibited Communications
Users agree NOT to:
- Personal Solicitation: Pursue personal relationships or dating
- Unwanted Contact: Continue messaging after being asked to stop
- Sexual Harassment: Send unwanted sexual messages or images
- Threats: Make threats or intimidating statements
- Spam: Send unsolicited commercial messages or advertising
- Scam Messages: Send deceptive messages to trick users
- Share Credentials: Request or share passwords or account credentials
- Off-Platform Requests: Solicit off-Platform contact
- Abusive Language: Use profanity, insults, or abusive language excessively
- Language: Message users in languages they don't speak or understand
Consequence: Message blocking, account warning, suspension, or termination
7.3 Platform Messaging Monitoring
The Platform may monitor messages for:
- Spam and phishing detection
- Fraud and scam prevention
- Off-platform solicitation
- Harassment and abuse detection
- Compliance with this Policy
- Dispute resolution
Monitoring is automated and confidential; human review occurs only when violations are suspected.
8. Project and Portfolio Standards
8.1 Project Descriptions
Project descriptions must:
- Accurate: Truthfully describe the work required
- Specific: Include clear deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Complete: List all necessary information and materials
- Realistic: Specify reasonable timelines and budgets
- Legal: Not request illegal, unethical, or harmful work
8.2 Freelancer Profiles and Portfolios
Freelancer profiles and portfolios must:
- Accurate Credentials: Only list qualifications actually possessed
- Authentic Portfolio: Show only work you created or were authorized to show
- No Stolen Work: Never display others' work as your own
- Current Information: Keep profile information accurate and up-to-date
- Honest Rates: Charge rates reflecting your actual skill and experience
- Clear Specialties: Accurately describe your areas of expertise
Consequence: Profile suspension, work removal, account restrictions or termination
8.3 Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials and reviews must be:
- Honest: Reflect genuine experience with the freelancer/client
- Original: Not copied from other platforms or sources
- Authentic: Written by actual users who completed projects
- Uncoerced: Not obtained through payment or coercion
- Not Self-Promotion: Not written by the freelancer about themselves
Prohibited:
- Fake positive reviews to inflate ratings
- Fake negative reviews to damage competitors
- Review exchanges or paid reviews
- Copied reviews from other platforms
- Family/friend reviews
- Incentivized reviews
Consequence: Review removal, account suspension, rating reset, account termination
9. Dispute and Feedback Manipulation
9.1 Abuse of Dispute System
Users agree NOT to:
- False Disputes: Claim non-delivery when work was completed
- Dispute Blackmail: Threaten disputes to coerce discounts
- Scope Disputes: Dispute payment over scope changes (address during project)
- Quality Disputes: Dispute based on subjective preference (unless specified)
- Repeated False Disputes: File disputes as a pattern to avoid payment
- Frivolous Claims: Make claims with no factual basis
9.2 Evidence Tampering
Users agree NOT to:
- Alter Evidence: Modify screenshots, files, or messages for disputes
- Selective Evidence: Cherry-pick evidence while hiding contradictory information
- False Documentation: Create fake emails, screenshots, or chat logs
- Evidence Destruction: Delete or hide relevant information
- Coerce Witnesses: Pressure other users to provide false testimony
Consequence: Dispute denial, chargeback fees, account suspension, legal action
10. Technical and Security Violations
10.1 Platform Security
Users agree NOT to:
- Hacking: Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Malware: Upload files containing viruses, trojans, or malicious code
- DoS Attacks: Launch denial-of-service attacks on the Platform
- Scraping: Use automated tools to extract data without authorization
- Account Takeover: Access accounts without permission
- Credential Abuse: Share login credentials or access multiple accounts improperly
- API Abuse: Exceed rate limits or use API beyond authorized scope
- Bot Networks: Use the Platform as part of a botnet or spam network
- Vulnerability Exploitation: Exploit security vulnerabilities without disclosure
- Social Engineering: Manipulate employees or users for unauthorized access
Consequence: Immediate account termination, law enforcement referral, civil liability
10.2 Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability:
- Report Privately: Email details to support@tabaglobal.com
- No Public Disclosure: Don't share vulnerability details publicly
- Proof of Concept: Include minimal proof-of-concept (don't exploit further)
- Timeline: Allow 90 days for response before public disclosure
- Cooperation: Work with us to resolve the issue
Reward: We appreciate responsible disclosure and may offer recognition or rewards.
11. Enforcement
11.1 Enforcement Levels
Level 1: Warning
- First minor violation
- User receives notification of violation
- Policy education required
- Account monitoring enabled
Level 2: Account Restriction
- Repeated minor violations or single moderate violation
- Limited functionality (no new projects, messaging restrictions)
- Duration: 7-30 days
- Required policy compliance agreement
Level 3: Account Suspension
- Serious violations or repeated Level 2 violations
- Account disabled temporarily
- Duration: 30 days to 6 months
- Reinstatement requires proof of compliance
- Funds held pending resolution
Level 4: Permanent Termination
- Severe violations (fraud, illegal activity, abuse)
- Repeated violations despite warnings
- Egregious breaches of law or Platform safety
- Account permanently closed
- Funds forfeited or held for dispute resolution
- Law enforcement may be notified
11.2 Enforcement Procedures
When a violation is suspected:
- Investigation: Platform reviews evidence and circumstances
- Notification: User is informed of alleged violation (when appropriate)
- Response Opportunity: User may provide explanation (24-72 hours)
- Decision: Platform makes enforcement determination
- Appeal: User may appeal within 14 days of enforcement action
Exception: Immediate termination without appeal for imminent danger, illegal activity, or severe abuse.
11.3 Appeals Process
To appeal enforcement action:

- Confidentiality: Your report is handled confidentially
- Investigation: Platform investigates reported violations
- You Won't be Named: We don't tell the accused reporter identity (unless legally required)
- No Retaliation: Users cannot retaliate against reporters (additional enforcement)
- Regular Updates: You may receive updates on violation handling (if appropriate)
12.3 False Reports
Making false or malicious reports:
- Wastes Platform resources
- Harms innocent users
- Violates Platform policy
- May result in enforcement action against the reporter
- May constitute defamation or harassment
Consequence: Warning, account restrictions, suspension, or termination
13. Law Enforcement Cooperation
13.1 Cooperation with Authorities
The Platform will cooperate with:
- Law enforcement agencies
- Regulatory bodies and authorities
- Judicial requests and court orders
- Government investigations
- Interpol and international agencies
Data Disclosure: We will provide user data in response to:
- Valid legal process (subpoena, warrant)
- Imminent danger or emergency
- Prevention of crime
- Child safety concerns
- International sanctions compliance
13.2 Transparency
- Users will be notified of legal requests unless prohibited by law
- Law enforcement requests are documented
- Data disclosure is limited to what law requires
- We challenge overly broad requests when appropriate
14. Amendments
